About

Embracing Change. Enabling Learning. Shaping What’s Next.

The media, advertising and communications ecosystem is undergoing profound and continuous change. Technology, data, artificial intelligence, new platforms and evolving consumer behaviour are reshaping how we communicate, create value and build influence.

As President of the IAA India Chapter, my priority is to embrace this change and ensure that IAA remains relevant, progressive and inclusive for our entire community.

At the heart of this journey will be continuous learning and skilling. From young professionals taking their first steps to senior leaders navigating an increasingly complex ecosystem, learning can no longer be a one-time exercise. It must become a continuous part of our professional lives.

IAA India will continue to create opportunities to learn from those shaping the future. Engagements with organisations such as Snapchat and Google DeepMind, alongside conversations with global and Indian thought leaders, will help our community understand emerging technologies, new consumer behaviours and the opportunities they create.

At the same time, we will strengthen our marquee platforms — IAA Olive Crown, IAA Leadership and the IAA IndiAA Awards — celebrating excellence, recognising leadership and bringing our industry together.

Our Young Professionals will receive renewed attention. The YP platform has been an important part of the IAA journey, and it remains vital to give the next generation greater access to knowledge, mentors, leadership opportunities and meaningful industry conversations.

Our platforms for dialogue — Voice of Change, Retrospect & Prospect, Unscripted and Conversations — will also receive renewed momentum. These are spaces where ideas can be exchanged openly, experiences shared and conventional thinking challenged.

IAA’s strength lies in its community. The next chapter must therefore be shaped by its members — through participation, ideas, knowledge-sharing, mentorship and meaningful conversations across generations and disciplines.

The objective is not simply to respond to change, but to build a community that is prepared for it and capable of shaping it.

Together, let us strengthen IAA’s DNA, embrace what is changing and shape what comes next.
