Biography

Arinola Gbalajobi is the Senior Executive Assistant & Legal Executive at X3M Ideas, one of Africa’s leading marketing communications and creative agencies. With a strong foundation in law and executive operations, she provides strategic executive support while driving legal and compliance coordination across the organization.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos and is recognized for her professionalism, attention to detail and ability to seamlessly manage both executive and legal responsibilities in fast-paced corporate environments.
