Biography

Journalist and entrepreneur Dani Graicar founded her first Public Relations agency at the age of 19 and has since created and led eight ventures across Content, Events, Internal Communications, Brand PR, Mobile Education, Digital Products, and Social Media.

Today, she co-leads PROS, the agency she founded and which is now part of the Stagwell Group. With a team of 130 professionals, PROS specializes in managing and strengthening the reputation of major companies and business leaders.

She is also the founder and co-CEO of Clube Aladas, a community dedicated to senior female leadership, offering exclusive content, networking opportunities, and curated experiences.

An active participant in the global creative ecosystem, Dani has served as a jury member for Cannes Lions, Effie Latam, and the Effie Awards. Passionate about lifelong learning, she holds executive education credentials in Innovation, Governance, and Management from Insper, Perestroika, and the London School of Economics, as well as a Post-MBA certification in Corporate Board Governance from Saint Paul Business School.
