Biography

Emin Bawab serves as Senior Advisor to the Director of the

Government Communications Office (GCO) Qatar, leading strategic

engagement with major global digital platforms and overseeing

partnerships, public policy coordination, and institutional platform

relations. He is also Managing Director of 974 Media, where he leads

the government’s digital centralization model across state entities.

With over two decades of experience in the MENA region, he has

held senior roles at Sky News, Dubai World, and Future TV,

specializing in strategic communications, media policy, and digital

transformation.
