Fabiana Schaeffer is the CEO and Co-Founder of Netza&Co, a leading Brazilian brand-experience and marketing ecosystem with 25 years of history. Recognized as a UN Global Compact SDG Pioneer 2024 for Latin America and the Caribbean, she was the only Brazilian among the 12 honorees worldwide, after also winning the national stage in the Small and Medium Enterprises category. A signatory of the UN Global Compact since 2016, Fabiana has established herself as a reference in connecting creativity, sustainability, and innovation to deliver impactful solutions for major brands and governments. She has served as a Cannes Lions juror in 2023 (Sustainable Development Goals Lions) and 2024 (Young Lions Marketer), and was recently appointed President of IAA Brazil, while also contributing to the IAA Global Sustainability Council. Her vision is clear: to lead the transformation toward sustainable, profitable businesses that create lasting positive impact for people, brands, and the planet.
