I didn’t take the safe route. My career started in a PR agency, where I learned how to grab attention when no one is listening. At BMW, I understood what it means to build desire around a brand, not just sell a product. In FMCG, with L’Oréal and Frikom, I drove digital transformation across nine countries, proving that scale and speed can go together when you break old habits. Now I lead marketing for Xiaomi in the Balkans. I joined when it was still a “startup brand” here, with limited budgets and zero legacy. Instead of excuses, I chose disruption, launching phones without specs, creating campaigns that became news on their own, and building one of the largest tech fan communities in the region. The result? Record sales, media coverage money can’t buy, and a brand people actually want to be part of. I believe marketing’s job is simple: don’t play the old game, invent a new one. That’s how you inspire teams, shake industries, and build brands that outlive campaigns.
