I have been working in communications since 1991. I started my career in marketing communications before moving into senior roles on the client side, where I gained extensive experience in brand, stakeholder and organisational communications. For more than 15 years I have specialised in public relations, corporate communications and crisis communication.
As Co-Owner of GRIP, a Zurich-based PR and communications agency, I advise organisations on how to structure messages, engage stakeholders and manage reputation in both steady-state and high-pressure situations. My expertise covers corporate communications, media relations, change and transformation, as well as issues and crisis management. I work closely with executive teams, HR and Legal to align communication strategies with business objectives, ensuring clarity inside and credibility outside. At GRIP, we provide a full-service communications offering that includes strategy development, branding, digital marketing and stakeholder engagement. This allows us to create integrated communication platforms that support both long-term positioning and agile responses when challenges arise.
My guiding principle has remained constant throughout my career: effective communication builds trust, strengthens reputation and creates measurable business impact.
