At Memac Ogilvy, he serves as Regional Chief Growth Officer MENA and Regional Managing Director for Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and Iraq.

He drives sustainable growth across 12 offices in 10 markets, while guiding expansion in Saudi Arabia under Vision 2030, supporting government and private sector clients. Samer also launched the Qatar office, building a diverse portfolio.
