AcademIAA educational program, which is designed by IAA Serbian Chapter to use its potential as association which brings the best experts in the field of marketing, and young people are given the opportunity to gain practical knowledge. Over the past three years, AcademIAA has gathered over 52 young creators who want to improve, and over 150 lecturers from the world of marketing, business and advertising. All applicants will go through two phases of the selection - sending CV and a motivation letter, and the presentation of the tasks of the shortlisted participans of which 35 will start their educational adventure through the marketing world, from September 7th to December 14th.

Module "Creative" under the direction of Anja Radulović (Creative Director, Leo Burnett) will enable students to distinguish high-quality and useful ideas from those that are not.
Marko Kosovac (Managing Director, Plus Media) will position the media habits of every average consumer, as well as changes in the digital environment.
In this module, Sanja Lalevic Cvetkovic (Head of Digital, Direct Media) will bring to the students a new way of thinking from the digital perspective.
Ivana Davidov (Marketing Manager, Nordeus), this year's coordinator of the the newly introduced module will try to pass the good side of innovation in promotion and sales.
Coordinator Tanja Petrovic (Marketing Director, The Coca Cola Company), will share her experience and knowledge with the new generation of "outside of the box" thinkers.
